I can't validate my payment

After entering your credit card information and validating your order, the secure payment platform Mangopay (Crédit Mutuel Arkéa) will ask your bank to authorise the payment.

If the payment is refused, please check that the data entered is correct. If you have an SMS certification system, check your phone and enter the unique validation code.

If your payment is declined by your bank, please contact your bank to check the reasons for the refusal.

The main reason for refusing transactions is that the weekly payment limit has been reached or exceeded.
